Issues pushing repos on Gitlab with Databricks

Our company uses Gitlab enterprise edition and we link our repos up to databricks through this. Randomly we will get errors when trying to push the repo and we have to spend hours debugging trying to figure out what is causing the push error on databricks side. Has anyone else ran into similar issues?

Hi @Kaniz Fatma , thank you for the suggestion. After further discussions with my team, this seems to happen in many of the following cases:

Too many cells in a notebok

"Too many" display commands

The last cell in a notebook not being a python cell

The error that we receive is very general, and shown below. In this case, I was able to successfully push a notebook, then 5 minutes later I could not push the same exact notebook, so I definitely HAD push rights.image

Hey there @Mark Patrick

Hope you are well. Just wanted to see if you were able to find an answer to your question and would you like to mark an answer as best? It would be really helpful for the other members too.

Cheers!
