Missed my certification Exam Reschedule is required

Hi Team, @data_help @helpdesk @Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS 

I have missed the certification exam schedule due to an emergency situation yesterday, Is there a possibility this can be reschedule to today anytime or tomorrow? I am not able to reschedule option as my exam time has already been passed.
