We recently created a new Databricks workspace on the GCP platform. We noticed that the Spark SQL warehouse folder (/user/hive/warehouse) is not present by default, unlike in our previous workspaces.
In our earlier Databricks workspaces, this folder was automatically created within the environment. We'd like to understand if there have been any recent changes to the Databricks Unity Catalog that might affect the default location of the Spark SQL warehouse folder.
Any insights or suggestions from the community would be greatly appreciated!
