Regarding Exam got suspended

mkrish28

Hello Team,

I had a disappointing experience while attempting my first DataBricks certification. Abruptly, the proctor asked me to show my desk, and after complying. Eventually, they suspended my exam, citing excessive eye movement and other practices. Initially, I faced technical issues with the video camera in the first few minutes. While attempting to resolve this, I inadvertently glanced downwards at my laptop screen due to the ongoing issue.

I wish to file a complaint as I was not engaged in any unfair practices during the examination. Additionally, I kindly request another opportunity if I do not pass in this attempt.

The behavior exhibited by the proctor was unexpected and unprofessional.

I urge for a prompt resolution to this matter.

Below are my details:

Username: s.krishnan2@wipro.com

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Best Regards,

Murali Krishnan
