Looking at similar topics created today I´d say CE is unavailable at the moment.

Could you please let me know when it is available? It is critically important for me to get Databricks CE.

Sorry but I can't tell. I do not work for Databricks.

PS. if it is critically important, you might wanna go for a paid version of databricks. I doubt the CE has availability SLAs, so depending on it seems risky to me.

(I am aware that does not solve your issue right now)
