Unable to start cluster on E2 Workspace

Anonymous

Hello Community,

I'm trying to create and start my first cluster on my E2 Databricks Workspace on AWS; however, the cluster is created but after STARTING the cluster immediately the cluster status goes to TERMINATING.

Logs provided by Databricks show the following

Cluster terminated.Reason:Cloud provider launch failure

AWS API error code: Client.InternalError

AWS error message: Client.InternalError: Client error on launch

Since there is no Error Code or extra message I'm unable to debug and find the root cause of this.

Is there any way I can see what's the error behind?

Have some encounter this before? If so, what was the cause of it?

Update:

It was an error on my side with the KMS key.
