Access Packages

Is it possible to create an access package in Azure Identity governance and with that grant access to certain workspace objects?

The idea being that a set of differing access packages can be created giving difference levels of access (in effect roles) ranging from public up to sensitive financial data. Then, company wide users can request access to a package. If granted, they get access to the respective objects?

Hi @IONA, Yes, you can create access packages in Azure Identity Governance to manage access to various resources. To do this, sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center, navigate to Identity governance > Entitlement management > Access package, and create a new access package with a name and description. Choose a catalog containing the required resources, add relevant resource roles to define access levels, and specify policies for who can request access and how approvals are managed. Configure approval workflows and lifecycle settings, then assign the access package. Users can request access, and if approved, they receive the specified access to the resources in the package. For detailed guidance, see [Azure Identity Governance documentation](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/id-governance/entitlement-management-access-package-create).
