You have hit the free limit governing the Free Edition's pool. GPU access isn't strictly gated by a hardcoded documented numeric quota. Instead, the tier includes limited serverless GPU compute entirely subject to available capacity and a fair usage policy. If you were able to run a few minutes of GPU compute previously and are now seeing a "quota exceeded" error when trying to attach, the system has temporarily throttled your workspace. Under the fair-usage policy, compute resources are shut down and remain unavailable until your quota window resets.
