Databricks Certification voucher not received

Hello,

I have attended the webinar Lakehouse Fundamentals Training on August 23, 2022.

then

Completed the Databricks Lakehouse fundamentals accreditation and Completed the survey.

As per communication it is expected that I will receive Databricks Certification voucher but still it is not received.

Can any one help ?
