I did not receive my Databricks voucher. What can I do?
Please run through the following best practice steps:
- Allow 48 hours to pass after the voucher distribution date or allot the time frame noted in the initial offer email.
- Check your spam folder.
- Did you use a different email address to complete the voucher eligibility criteria?
- If none of the steps above have resolved the issue, please submit a ticket to our help center.
I tried to schedule an exam using my Databricks voucher, but it says it expired. What does this mean?
Your voucher has expired, or you are trying to book an exam on a date after its expiration date. Vouchers are only eligible for exams scheduled before the expiration date.
I tried to use my Databricks voucher for a Databricks certification, but it says the code is not applicable. For which Databricks certifications can I use a voucher?

How can I get a Databricks certification voucher?
Databricks runs events and promotions offering certification vouchers on a regular basis. Make sure you are signed up to receive email from Databricks and to take a look at offers on Databricks Academy (requires sign in).
Please note: Databricks vouchers are only offered if the given eligibility criteria of a specific promotional offer have been met. This can differ depending on the current promotions on offer. If you are not taking part in a specific promotion, completing steps that are typically associated with promotional offers, e.g., completing the Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals accreditation, will not qualify you for a voucher. (Databricks Partners may have different criteria.)
