Not received my certificate after passing Data Engineer Associate exam.

I've successfully passed Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certified exam but still have not received the certificate.

Some weeks ago I did a certification exam and I receive the badge directly into the credential and I never received the email. If you hadn't done, please check the credential page.

I check the several times but still didn't receive the badge via credentials.databricks.com.
