Not received my certificate after passing Data Engineer Associate exam.

I've successfully passed Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certified exam but still have not received the certificate.

Hi @Nadia1 . I've successfully passed Databricks Data Engineer Associate Certified exam on 5/10/2025 but still have not received the certificate. I have sent an email to accredible support as well but haven't heard back yet.
