Resolved! My certificate shows "Nil Nil"

I recently completed a Generative AI Fundamentals Accreditation from the databricks site, but where my name is supposed to show, it shows "Nil Nil". I raised 2 tickets about it but to no avail, I also retook the course but the certificate did not get...

Hi @r_ananya, Sorry you are facing this issue. I can see from the screenshot that the credential was issued, but the learner's name was rendered incorrectly as "Nil Nil." This looks more like a profile or credential-sync issue than a course-completio...
