Badge not awarded even after course completion

Hi I completed the 4 requisites for the GenAI learning plan but i havent received any badge for them.My other badges are generating without any issue.Can someone help?Will it affect my certification voucher

Hello @dp08 , It can take up to 48 hours for badges/ certificates to be issued. Also please check your spam just in case it went there. If you do not receive your badge in 48 hours, please file a ticket with our support team. Please also provide them...
