Setup files for Academy Course Get Started With Data Engineering Includes/Classroom-Setup-65

The Databricks Academy course references this piece of code.  I believe can't work until I run the latest setup file.  The instructions to run the latest setup files don't appear to be included in the video: https://www.databricks.com/learn/training/...

Why not just tell everyone what the solution is instead of hiding behind a ticketing portal?  I'm logged in.  Why is the reCAPTCHA gauntlet required?
