When you log in to https://customer-academy.databricks.com, there is a list of free ITL training. Enroll in them, and many of them include vouchers after completion.

mlflow is an inbuilt library with DBR ML run time such as DBR 9.1 LTS ML. Kindly use cluster with ML runtime.
