Databricks SSO has security vulnerabilities exposed recently. They are merging customers with wrong parameters and not able to untangle. Sending SSO codes to other user's emails and messing around. I have the same problem. No one is looking at issues, just opening tickets and closing to show that training team is working, but not solving anything. I recommend customers be aware of mis managed databricks customer academy and partner academy SSO and user profiles issues can bleed into customer environments too.

your databricks SSO is messed up. Storing CPU Ids and browser Ids as part of data collection and not following CPPA regulations. I have seen some posts in social media about these issues with databricks.
