Accredible Badges not Issued for Partner Trainings Eligible for Badges

I am hoping to reach the Databricks support team with this. If this isn't the right way, someone please share a link to the correct channel I should use.

I have completed the following e-learning which are supposed to grant Accredible badges, but the badges were not issued to me.

I have completed the three Agent Evaluation Badges (Assessment, Preparation and Execution), but still didn't receive the Partner Training - Databricks Platform Integration Project Expert [AGENT EVALUATION] badge.
