Hello @Shanshan!

For Data Engineering courses, there are both free and paid options.
The free courses are grouped under a learning plan called the Data Engineer Learning Plan. Please note that these courses do not include labs.
The paid courses are available individually and are not included in any learning plans. They can be accessed separately. To access the courses with labs, youโ€™ll need to enroll in the same courses through the Databricks Academy Labs subscription.

Howdy! Had this exact problem yesterday. Here is the discussion with a couple of solutions that collectively should get you there: https://community.databricks.com/t5/training-offerings/can-t-access-labs/td-p/125194

Hi, thanks for your reply.   " When enrolled in a Lab course (typically indicated by a red badge), the lab is accessed through the lesson marked with โ€œLTI.โ€ - I cannot see the data engineering plan under LTI category and all the courses under LTI require payment. Any hints? Thanks.

Hi Advika, I have an active subscription and I realise that this has been asked more than 100 times now, but even reading some of the refined description on how to do this I can't find any link that will provide the lab environment for Data Ingestion with Lakeflow Connect.  I don't have anything in the course I'm watching that says "Accessing Vocareum Labs in your Training" so I don't even have an inaccurate place to start.  I can't see a lesson marked LTI which has been suggested.  I've tried relaunching the course in a private window - still nothing.  There's nothing in the 'Before we get started" section, nothing in the "Course Logistics Review" - I've looked everywhere.  Can you help?

Hello @Unklr!

It looks like the course you enrolled in is the free version, which doesnโ€™t include lab access. Since you mentioned having an active subscription, I recommend going to the โ€œCatalogs in My Subscriptionโ€ tab in Customer Academy, then searching for the course and enrolling from there.

Courses in the Academy Lab Subscription include lab environments, while free self-paced versions typically donโ€™t. Please double-check that the course you're trying to access is part of your subscription and not a free version.

Let me know if the issue persists.
