I have recently bought subscription for databricks academy labs, but I am not getting access to content of this subscription and the page looks same before I bought the subscription

No clarification to any question you ask about their subscription offerings either.

Please ensure you’re logged in to Databricks Academy using the same email address that was used to purchase the subscription.
Try signing out and signing back into the Academy once. Then check the “Catalogs in My Subscription” section to confirm that you are able to see the courses included in your subscription.
If you’re still facing issues, please raise a ticket with the Databricks Support team by filling out the Contact Us form, and include the payment receipt along with screenshots of the Academy pages, so they can assist you further.

I already reached out to them, I just got an automated mail regarding that I submitted ticket. It is urgent for me and it is really annoying
