@Alberto_Umana Thanks for your suggestion.I already implemented by your suggestion with allow egress rule to the domain icanhazdadjoke.com and apply to the Databricks SQL serverless, but I still got same error.
I try creating tell_dad_joke function to unity catalog and when I execute to test the function, I got the following error message. FYI, I use Databricks SQL serverless as well to reproduce error.
