Hello,Our architecture has customer-managed VPC which sits behind the AWS Firewall. I followed the databricks documentation and I created a stateful domain rule group for .cloud.databricks.com but I am not clear about creating outbound Websocket open...

For some users, after clicking on a notebook the screen says "connecting..." and the notebook does not open.The users are using Chrome browser and the same happens with Edge as well.What could be the reason?

Hello Kaniz,Thanks for the reply. But this is exactly what is in the Databricks documentation.Can you elaborate on how to set up firewall rules to allow Websocket traffic in AWS Firewall? Clearly creating only stateful rule group allowing .cloud.data...

Thanks for the reply. But it does not happen to all users. It happens to some users in a user group. The clusters are fine. No errors in the cluster logs. The notebook is in fact not attached to any cluster.
