Didn't get my official databricks associate developer for Apache Spark 3.0

Dear Community,

I took the databricks associate developer for Apache spark 3. 0 exam on 30-12-2021 and passed with 90%. However I havent seen any communication on my certification yet. Is there an update on this?

I've requested the databricks support and got this ticket number: #00129991. I'm still waiting for an answer.

@Kaniz Fatma​ can you please prioritize this?

Thank you for the answer. However, I didn't receive an official mail about this... In the website(since 30/12/2021), it's mentionned that they would send instructions to me to access the certification.

I didn't also receive any badge...

Data for badges is a weekly batch upload. Please allow 5-7 business days for your badge to be awarded to you. If after this time you still do not see your badge, please submit a support ticket here and include the day you earned your badge, and what you earned a badge for.
