Certification Voucher Not Yet Received

After attending the required training, till date I still haven't received the certification Voucher Code. Can anyone help me on this. Attaching screen shot of event I participated

Also I just checked the spam folder and nothing was there (read somewhere vouchers were sent on 9th of September)
