community portal needs some updates

can you please make me understand the search bar on community portal doesnt show results. is it for me or for everyone?

Also this portal needs good updates.

Thank you so much for sharing the screenshot. 

Usually the expected behaviour should be list out all the relavent keywords rather than showing suggestions. I hope you are understanding my intention over here. There is lot of stuff on this platform which should help relavent questions are information upon searching with keywords.

Please understand the issue, it make lot of sense, the search doesnt result according to the keyword. 

if you use slack or teams, upon the keyword search, the value will be displayed as a total search. can you please look into this? also a chatbot could also help on this portal- this can be long solution tho.

When you enter a keyword in the search bar, you’ll first see a few suggestions in the dropdown. To view the full list of matching discussions, press Enter after typing your keyword. This will bring up all posts where that keyword appears in the title or body.

Give it a try when you get a chance and let us know if it works as expected. If not, we’re happy to dig deeper.
