I do not see "Workspace Access" as an option in the User/Group Entitlements? What could be the reason?

By default all users will have access to the DE/DS and ML personas. So this is not an entitlement that's needed from that perspective, and will not show up as an option.

However, if your workspace is enabled for Databricks SQL, then an Admin can choose to give SQL-only access, and this is why on those workspaces, there is an option for Workspace-Access as well.

So an admin can separate Analysts (SQL-only) from your Data Engineers and Data Scientists (Workspace-only), or give both sets of entitlements if needed.
