DATABRICKS ASSOCIATE ENGINEERS TECHNICAL ISSUE DURING THE EXAMS

Dear [Team/Program Manager],

I hope this message finds you well.

I encountered a technical issue while attempting to launch my Databricks Associate Engineer exam, which was scheduled for January 3, 2025, at 11:30 AM. The LockDown Browser (OEM) failed to launch, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to proceed. Unfortunately, I did not receive any support in time, and as the issue persisted, the scheduled exam window expired. I then received the following message:
"Your assessment must be launched at the scheduled time. Now the time has passed. Please contact Program Manager to reschedule the exam."

I have already reached out to Kryterion for assistance and have submitted a support request (Case #03054321), but I have not yet received a response.

This situation is incredibly frustrating as I have prepared extensively for this exam, and I was unable to take it due to a technical issue beyond my control. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding a solution or in rescheduling my exam, even if possible, to take the exam on-site.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,
