Exam Registration Issues

Anyone else having issues with webassessor/Kryterion web page trying to register for certification exam? I am trying re-certify my Data Engineer Associates certification and I've run into payment processing issues for three days now. I've tried 3 different browsers and 2 different computers and having same issue where the payment processing times out.  Very frustrating experience as there is only databricks email support to escalate the issue and Kryterion can't take payment by chat or phone, so there is no way for me to register for the exam right now.

I am facing same issue since last two days and tried today also following all the steps deleting account and create new one, clearing cookies, different browsers, different cards etc.   But still not able to register for the test, the payment page is failing.

Anyone trying to certify should focus on learning and practicing but not the other way around struggling with registration and following up with databricks or webassessor/Kryterion.  Even I spent time calling my bank customer service assuming that my issue was with my card.

Moreover, the test is not free, and it is priced at $200.  We not only spend on test fee, also spend on training courses.

After doing all this and trying to clear the test to validate ourselves, the drama starts.

not able to register for the test, then reach out to webassessor/Kryterion, they say reach out to databricks and get coupon or whatever.  Then databricks takes their own sweet time and says to reach out to webassessor/Kryterion.

What a nonsense

yeah! one more thing,

The time spent by doing all these useless follow ups is not visible also not valued.  I spent more time on trying to register for the test than preparing for it.  Even though it costs me money.

I absolutely wasted my time and efforts and frustrated trying to register for the test.

I don't understand one thing clearly, companies build big, popular and innovative products but how they don't solve these silly problems with knowledge certification platforms which certify knowledge and skills against their products.

Yeah! I really don't understand 🙂

can we get a voucher and try to use the voucher instead?  this is the solution provided by webassessor

I have the same probelm, payment page is keep loading and times out. I have been trying it for last one week, but still didn't get any resolution on it. Raised the case with databricks 00704434, but no response. Kryterion is also not helping , they simply redirecting to contact databricks. waste of all the time, and completely frustrated.

I’m trying to book my re-certification exam for Machine Learning Associate, but I’m encountering an issue with the payment process. After entering my card details, the payment keeps processing indefinitely and never completes.
I’ve attempted thrice, but the issue persists — the transaction consistently times out.

I have the same problem. Page gets stuck on payment loading, please wait. After some minutes I get to see "your cart is empty" and it has not worked.
