My Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate exam was suspended on 27th February.

When I launched the exam, my screen suddenly turned white in the LockDown Browser. After clicking the close button, a pop‑up appeared stating that I needed to submit the exam, but there was no submit button available. I then restarted my laptop by shutting it down using the power button. After restarting and launching the exam again, the LockDown Browser worked properly.
However, after attempting the exam for a few minutes, no warning pop‑up appeared, and the LockDown Browser suddenly closed on its own. When I tried to relaunch the exam, the launch button was no longer visible.
This certification is very important for my project, and I urgently request your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
I was nearly at the end of the exam, and everything was going well. Please let me know if you can resume my exam or reschedule it.
