Exam suspended. Requesting for Exam Rescheduling

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting the Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate exam on 19th July.

After answering approximately 10 questions, my exam was paused, and I was instructed to reboot my computer and relaunch the exam. I followed these instructions accordingly. However, after completing another 10 questions nearly, the exam was paused again, and I was asked to provide a 360-degree view of my desk and surrounding environment, including the walls and the bed. I complied with this request and showed them my setup.

Despite the fact that there was nothing suspicious or out of the ordinary in my environment, I was informed that my exam had been suspended due to "technical, behavioral, or environmental reasons." Unfortunately, I was not given any clear explanation regarding what specifically led to this suspension, nor was I informed if any action was required on my part to address a potential concern.

I have already raised a request (#REK3OT) for the same.

I kindly request @Cert-Team  that you review the matter and reschedule my exam.
