Exam Suspension- Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate

Hello team,

I recently attempted the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam, but unfortunately, my exam was suspended before completion. I immediately cooperated with the proctor by showing my exam area, as per their instructions. However, I received a message from the proctor stating that my exam was suspended due to my failure to meet specific environmental requirements.

I have already raised a query regarding this issue with request ID #00390734

I kindly request your assistance in rescheduling my exam for 11th Nov 2023 because of some priority work.

Thank you for your quick response. I've already submitted my concerns through the ticketing portal as advised. However, I have yet to receive a resolution email at this time. I understand that the standard resolution time is typically 24-48 hours, so I'll patiently await further updates.
