My Exam got suspended

I was taking my Databricks data engineer associate exam and it got suspended for no reason. Its already 3 am for me and i have been facing issues. This is totally unfair and I am upset about this entire setting. I was in front of the camera for all the time. 

My exam status is still in progress state in the web assessor.

Hi @Vicky1310 Sorry for the trouble. The support team says they responded to your ticket. Glad you filed a ticket as that is the best way to get more timely support.

Hi @Cert-Team I have responded to them in email. 

I actually appeared for the exam again by paying the exam fee again and cleared it.

Could you refund the amount that was booked for the initial exam?

hi @Cert-Team I have cleared the Data Engineer Associate Exam today and passed. I have not received the certificate till now.
