Taking exams is so stressful already, and if your exam gets suspended it is extra stressful. Don't worry! Our support team is awesome and will help you get back on track.

The most important step is to file a ticket in our Help Center. Be sure to include the following details in your ticket:

  • Username
  • Exam name

NOTE: Please do not post your exam username publicly, such as here in the community forums, as this is private information.

The process will be faster if you can also offer a couple of dates/times that you are available to resume your exam. Once the support team has you rescheduled, you can log into your test taker account and resume your exam exactly where you left off. For more information please visit Certification FAQ

Dear Team,

I have faced the same issue, suspended exam due to environment violation but I have showed everything around and my desk has been kept empty. I am a human so I was obviously showing little motion and they suspended it . I have raised a ticket to reschedule my exam as soon as possible through help center #00653151. 

please reschedule it to tuesday 22nd april 5pm EST

@Cert-Team @Cert-TeamOPS  I received an update on my ticket saying its possible to reschedule but the webassessor portal is not updated yet could you please update it and reschedule to resume my exam on 22nd april 2025 at 5pm EST? Thank you for your time.

Dear Team,

Today I attempted the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam. I had completed all the questions and was reviewing my answers when my session was suddenly paused. The proctor requested a room scan, which I promptly provided. Despite complying, my exam was suspended shortly after without any clear reason or explanation.

I’m confident that I followed all behavioral and room guidelines as instructed. I’ve already submitted a support ticket but haven’t received a response yet, and I’m left uncertain about what led to this suspension.

I respectfully request a review of my session and kindly ask for the opportunity to resume or retake the exam. I have prepared thoroughly and have conducted myself in good faith throughout the process.

My databricks professional data engineer exam is suspended and you sent me an email asked me to reschedule it on 3th June 2025, and i replied to you saying my preferred time is 22:00 5th 2025 on the same day. But till now, i haven't got any reply from you. The request ticket is #00678133.

If Databricks is unable to accommodate the date I suggested, I’m more than willing to compromise. Perhaps the team could instead select a time that works best for them to reschedule the exam. At this point, that’s the most I can reasonably offer.

I’m genuinely finding it difficult to continue investing time and energy into preparing for the exam, only to be left in uncertainty.

I’d greatly appreciate your help in arranging a rescheduled exam at any time that suits the Databricks team.

Dear Team, 
My Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate is suspended first support guys told me to wait it will took 20 min i showed all my room seating area everything at the end they said it got suspended, i raised the ticket in portal
