Hi @Cert-Team and @cert-ops, I’m writing about my certification for Associate Spark Developer exam which I gave on 27th of July that was suspended today due to reaching the maximum alert limit. I’m really hoping you can review my case because I honestly didn’t cheat, and I think there’s been a misunderstanding.
I got alerts during the exam, and the second one came right when I had finished answering all questions and was about to hit submit. The proctor asked me to show my room and desk, which I did immediately.
I've raised the ticket : #00707374 and I've explained my case in detail in the mail along with photos of my workstation.
Since I had completed all the questions when this happened, I’m hoping you might consider either letting me reschedule the exam or scoring me based on the answers I’d already selected. I know you can review the proctoring footage and logs, which should show I wasn’t doing anything dishonest throughout the exam.
This certification means a lot to my career, and I’m really disappointed this happened when I was literally seconds away from submitting.
I’d really appreciate if you could look into this and give me another chance.
