Unable to retrieve my Databricks Certification Credential

Hi -  I have previously achieved a Databricks Certification when I was employed with TCS. How can I retrieve this credential if I am no longer with TCS?

What email id did you used . If it was TCS email id you might have issues getting it back unless you had associated another personal email id with your credentials . 

If you can access your accredible account you should have the options of a primary email id and secondary email id . Did you had any email id that was not associated with tcs id listed there. Here is what i have .
