Unable to schedule my Certification exam

I have scheduled Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional exam by mistake instead of Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate. I was preparing for it for few months in between my busy schedules and tried to reschedule it once again then I noticed it is Professional exam and I can not prepare for that so quickly. The concern is the exam is not getting rescheduled anymore. I don't want to let my certication voucher gone to waste. I want to reschedule it for 3-4 months as I am planning to give Associate exam next month or so first then prepare for the professional one. So Can you please reschedule it from your end so it leverages me enough time to prepare for it. You can contact me through mail. Thank You.
