Iām trying to schedule a Databricks cert test booking, but Iām blocked because of an issue with my Webassessor/Kryterion account.
I already contacted Kryterion support, and they told me this has to be handled by Databricks support. I submitted the Databricks support form and received the confirmation email, but it has been more than 72 hours with no update.
The issue is basically related to my old Webassessor account/email and I may need the account reset/deleted/disassociated before I can book the cert test.
Has anyone faced something similar before?
Which team actually resolves this?
Is there a faster escalation path?
How long did support take for you?
