Certificate or badge not received

Hi databricks team, 

   I had passed the exam but didn't receive any badge or certification. The certification or badge should have to get in 24 hours, but I haven't receive yet. I have sent an email to the support team also and this is my Ticket Number: #00232426. Please check that out?
