I have not received my Certification Or Badge for the Databricks Exam

I have completed and cleared Databricks Associate Data Engineer Certification on 15th March ​(IST) and have not received my Certification yet. I only got test score. Its already been 48 hours almost

I also have the same issue. I passed my certificate on 15th May still no credentials received yet , even checked on credentials
I even submitted a support ticket but no response at all can someone take a look to it as I have to submit the certificate in my company.
