Certification Coupon Voucher Not Received

Hi Team

 

I have attended the webinar long back and completed the survey as well still i have not receive any coupon voucher and because of that not able to give exam . Please look into this isue asap and provide me with the voucher .

I understand your concern regarding the coupon voucher. It appears there might be some confusion with the email addresses used. You mentioned attending the webinar and completing the survey with the email "guilherme.santos@bridgetechnology.com.br," but our records indicate that the email used to attend the webinar was "guilherme.santos@bridgeconsulting.com.br." Unfortunately, the survey was not completed under that email address, which is why the voucher was not issued.

To resolve this, could you please confirm which email address you used to complete the survey? If there was a mistake, I recommend completing the survey with the correct email address, if possible. Otherwise, we can look into this further and find a suitable solution for you.

Thank you for the response. @bridgeconsulting.com.br is the previous domain before @bridgetechnology.com.br. There was a redirection in the organization's AD, but all official emails I receive from Databricks, including the participation and the course (ACAD-ALL-SLP-v1-FREE-GENAIACCREDPTBR-ACT), were sent using the domain @bridgetechnology.com.br

I received the email with the subject 'Thank you for attending the Gen AI Payoff in 2024' on Wed 20/03/2024 at 15:12 (UTC-3) from emea-events@mkt.databricks.com, with copies sent to 'guilherme.santos@bridgeconsulting.com.br' and 'guilherme.santos@bridgetechnology.com.br'.

I apologize if there was any misunderstanding on my part, but I am available for a resolution. Thank you.

Hi Guilherme,

We can see that, whereas you used the email address "guilherme.santos@bridgeconsulting.com.br" to attend the webinar, but you did not complete the survey.

So you have not received the voucher code.
