I would start with books that teach you spark.
Learning Spark, 2nd Edition by Jules S. Damji, Brooke Wenig, Tathagata Das, Denny Lee
- Data Analysis with Python and PySpark by Jonathan Rioux (Author)
After you learn spark foundation, only then I would start learning databricks. The problem with databricks books is they are outdated pretty fasy, because there is so many features/changes in short time.
I would choose instead some udemy course, like Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate by Derar Alhussein.
Also, he is going to release following book. It might be worth a look:
