Databricks exam got suspended. Need urgent help

Hello Team, 

I faced multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification, The exam got paused 4 times where twice I had to show my desk and my entire room. Eventually my exam got suspended. I was not involved in any unfair means and I was about to review and submit my exam.

I have worked really hard and planned by taking leaves from the office in the specific schedule therefore I request immediate assistance as today is my last day of PTO. Please help me urgently.

Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts I have put in for this exam.

Sub: test supension

In between after several popups my exam got suspended . They asked me to show room and reason was not given. It is requested to reshedule the exam.

@sagarsagar sorry to hear it, the support team is working through tickets and will reach out soon.

Yesterday i have provided date and time(which was today morning only which passed) for resheduling the exam  but i think they have not seen it and as a result it was not resheduled and then i have given two days after date and time .
Kindly look into it and reshudule it as per the reply you got in email.

Hi @Cert-Team ,

While I was giving exam, suddenly my exam got suspended, I haven’t done anything wrong malpractice, I have really prepared well for the exam and its a very expensive exam, kindly help me here to reschedule it.

I got an update to reschedule the exam but I mailed them back to schedule it tonight at 11.30 PM IST, but I haven’t got a response back, could you please check in this on a priority basis

Dear certification Team  @Cert-Team @Certificate  Team,

I faced a highly frustrating experience during my Databricks certified data engineer Associate exam on June 7, 2025.Despite maintaining focus on the screen, I received alerts for eye movement, later the proctor asked me to show my room and desk multiple times and despite full compliance my exam was unfairly suspended.

I raised the ticket after that incident took place and waiting for the response.

I have worked really hard and planned by taking leaves from the office in the specific schedule therefore I request immediate assistance for rescheduling my exam. Please help me urgently.

Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts I have put in for this exam.

My exam was just suspended without a clear reason. I was fully focused on the screen throughout. I’ve been preparing very hard for this exam and have been looking forward to it for the past 4 months.

I kindly request immediate access so I can complete and submit it. Please assist as soon as possible.

Hi @cert-ops - Thank you for taking the time to respond. I genuinely appreciate it — it means a lot just to feel heard.

I understand the process, but I want to share that this situation is deeply disheartening. I’ve been preparing with full dedication for over 4 months, and being suddenly removed from the exam — despite being fully focused — feels incredibly unfair and upsetting.

I truly hope this can be resolved quickly so I can complete what I’ve worked so hard for.
