Hello Team,
I faced multiple interruptions and challenges while attempting my certification, The exam got paused 4 times where twice I had to show my desk and my entire room. Eventually my exam got suspended. I was not involved in any unfair means and I was about to review and submit my exam.
I have worked really hard and planned by taking leaves from the office in the specific schedule therefore I request immediate assistance as today is my last day of PTO. Please help me urgently.
Please resolve this on high priority, this is not fair with the time, money and efforts I have put in for this exam.

I just clicked on the launch and it got suspended. It is a frustrating experience after preparing for so long. Do not even tell a reason why. I have an empty room. Nobody even came to tell what happened. Kryterion support was rude and not helpful. I have done many online exams with peasonvue and it always went smooth. I wish at least I'm told what happened or what I can do. There is absolutely no information or online support. I have spent so much time and resources and spending the whole day adjusting everything and schedules. I hope databricks sets this right soon

Dear Team,
Today I attempted the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam. I had completed all the questions and was reviewing my answers when my session was suddenly paused. The proctor requested a room scan, which I promptly provided. Despite complying, my exam was suspended shortly after without any clear reason or explanation.
Iโm confident that I followed all behavioral and room guidelines as instructed. Iโve already submitted a support ticket but havenโt received a response yet, and Iโm left uncertain about what led to this suspension.
I respectfully request a review of my session and kindly ask for the opportunity to resume or retake the exam. I have prepared thoroughly and have conducted myself in good faith throughout the process.

I have given the Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam on 20. 12. 2024. I was continuously in front of the camera and an alert came and the proctor asked me to show the entire room and table. And I have shown him entire view. Later I was suspended from the exam. Though there was nothing suspicious, I was not allowed to continue the exam. Please solve the issue. I really need to complete the certification for my job further. It is mandatory in our company to complete the exam. Please look through the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I want to complete the certification and start working on databricks based project for my company, so please consider rescheduling my exam soon. My request ID:00590021

I was paused in between exam even while just focusing and reading the question closure to screen, then while just submitting the exam again they paused and asked to show the room. I sat on my work desk only where the WI-FI was in good state. They suspended my exam telling not meeting room requirements. Can you please help reschedule my exam ASAP.

My exam was scheduled today. I was about to submit but before that it got suspended abruptly. There were few interruption happened in between the exam. Once it was showing my network connectivity issue. I was sitting on high chair and looking at the screen but proctor suddenly told to show the room and it said your exam got suspended. I need only 10-15mins to submit my paper. It is very frustrating. I prepared for the exam now it is not allowing to reschedule also.
Please help me with your assistance.
