Follow-up Regarding Missing 50% Certification Voucher – Learning Festival

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to follow up regarding the 50% certification voucher associated with the Databricks Learning Festival held from 15 June to 6 July.

I successfully completed the courses under the Data Analyst track before the 6 July deadline and was expecting the voucher to be issued approximately one week after the event concluded. Unfortunately, I have not yet received it.

Since then, I have posted two comments requesting assistance and a resolution, but I have not received any response. From the discussions on the event page, it also appears that many other participants are experiencing the same issue.

I am very eager to sit for the Data Analyst certification exam, and receiving the voucher would make a significant difference. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and advise on the status of my voucher.

Could you please ensure that both required courses for the Data Analyst learning path were fully completed during the Learning Festival event window? Please verify that every component of each course is marked as completed, including the course introduction, SCORM sections.

If you've met all the eligibility requirements, please send a DM to @Jim_Anderson with the email address associated with your Databricks Academy account. This will help him verify your participation and assist you further.

Apologies for the late response. I have been quite busy with various engagements on my end.

I have since sent Jim_Anderson a DM explaining the situation and requesting his assistance. I also double-checked my progress on my end, and it appears that I have completed all the relevant sections, including the required SCORM sections.

I really appreciate your guidance and assistance in pointing me in the right direction. I’m still very eager to write the Data Analyst Associate Exam and hope we can get the voucher matter resolved.

I am writing to follow up once again regarding the 50% certification voucher associated with the Databricks Learning Festival (15 June – 6 July 2026).

I want to confirm that I have definitely completed all requirements for the Data Analyst learning pathway within the event window, including both courses:

• AI/BI for Data Analysts

• SQL Analytics on Databricks

Every component, including introductions and SCORM sections, was marked as completed before the 6 July deadline. For your convenience, I have attached the official completion evidence again to this message.

Given that the advertised criteria have been fully met, I respectfully request that the 50% discount voucher be awarded to me with urgency. I intend to sit for the Data Analyst Associate Certification exam by 19 September 2026, and this voucher is critical as I have also been offered a potential junior employment opportunity contingent on certification.

I trust that Databricks will uphold the integrity of the Learning Festival commitments and ensure that participants who followed through on the requirements receive the promised incentives.
