Forbidden access when I click the take quiz for databricks fundamentals certification.

I have registered for customer academy. and I'm trying to attend the quiz.it navigate to the below path and stating that forbidden access. Could you please check and resolve the same

Could you please update on this question.. Even i tried with another email Id, I'm facing the same issue..
