Learning Festival - No voucher received after completing required courses

Hello,

I completed all the required courses and checked the Academy portal under My Activities >> Courses.
All the mentioned courses are marked as completed in green, and the completion dates fall between June 15 and July 6.

Based on the instructions, I should have received the voucher by email, but I have not received anything yet.

Could someone please help me check what might be wrong or advise on the next steps?

If you still can't find it, please send me a DM with the email address associated with your Customer Academy account.
