Taking exams is so stressful already, and if your exam gets suspended it is extra stressful. Don't worry! Our support team is awesome and will help you get back on track.
The most important step is to file a ticket in our Help Center. Be sure to include the following details in your ticket:
- Username
- Exam name
NOTE: Please do not post your exam username publicly, such as here in the community forums, as this is private information.
The process will be faster if you can also offer a couple of dates/times that you are available to resume your exam. Once the support team has you rescheduled, you can log into your test taker account and resume your exam exactly where you left off. For more information please visit Certification FAQ

hi Team, 1 y ago i tried to take aws data eng exam and failed - before the exam the special browser did not let me in cuz I did not match tech reqs of low internet speed.
i m afraid of this situation again, the exam vendor is kryterion - will u help me reschedule the exam in case this situation happens? i m about to choose exam dates in feb 2025.
should i take screenshot if i cant start the exam due to tech requirements?

Hi Team,
My Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 - Python exam got suspended saying suspected violation even though nothing of that sort happened and I was alone and focusing only on the exam. I showed the entire room and walls to the proctor. Still it got suspended. Kindly reschedule it to earliest day possible (18th Feb 2025, 8 AM IST).

Hi Team,

My exam Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate got suspended today and I have not received any email yet for the reason. As per me, I followed all the instructions as mentioned and I have given my exam with all honesty. I took off from work for this exam. This is really stressful. Hi Team - My exam got suspended on 17th Feb 2025. I raised a ticket for support and #00618732 and in response, they mentioned the exam will be rescheduled at my preferred date and time. I sent the team my preference twice, both the times, I did not receive any confirmation and the launch option was not enabled in test taker home page.
@Cert-Team - Kindly look in to this and reschedule the exam to earliest time possible today as it's very important to my employer that I submit the certification asap. I'll adjust my schedule accordingly.
