Unwarranted Suspended Certification Exam

Hello @Cert-Team

I, like many others here, had my Machine Learning Associate exam suspended for supposed, "repeated violations" of the proctor rules.  With 25 minutes left and all my questions answered, I was reviewing some of my answers before submitting, when the proctor paused my exam and asked me to show my workspace and the walls of my office.  I obliged and my proctor suspended my exam by claiming that I repeatedly violated these rules and had been alerted as such.  This is a complete lie; I was told once that my eyes were wandering so I immediately stopped and closed my eyes whenever I needed to think on a problem as the proctor suggested (I had only looked away as I was thinking on the question).  There were no other alerts or warnings except for the abrupt pause and request that I show my surrounding area.  I, like many other people here, did not have anything on my desk, my cell phone was out of arm's reach, and my walls were bare with the exception of art and shelving that I obviously cannot remove.  Additionally, I was locked in to my screen at all times, never having once stepped out of the screen or moved at all except for putting my face in my hands when I was tired. This seems to be an issue with the proctoring company as it seems many others have had their exams suspended for no reason.  I would like this issue resolved as I completed my exam but I could not submit due to the suspension.  I would like the results of my exam to be honored, which I believe was a pass.  I would prefer not to retake as it seems like this issue would just occur again as many others have encountered the same thing.  I would advise using on-site proctoring as well to mitigate this issue. I would gladly retake if I could do it in a controlled environment in which I have no power over and cannot be accused of cheating which I honestly am very offended by as I would never cheat on an exam nor did I attempt to cheat on this one.  Please resolve this immediately.  I have also put in a ticket: 00402335.

Additionally, I agree with the many others affected by this that the proctor should review the exam space before the exam even starts and tell the taker to remove any items they deem to be violations.  Again, I followed Kriterion's rules for setting up my space to a T and they still told me I violated those rules.  I did exhaustive preparation for this exam and I am honestly very upset by this outcome.

I'd like to point out that by "my face in my hands" I was resting my chin on my hands, while my eyes remained on the computer screen.  If you review the proctor video you will see that there is no way I could've possibly attempted to cheat as my eyes were constantly on my screen and the one and only time I looked away the proctor could see it was at a window with a closed curtain.  Again, I am appalled at this outcome and how the proctors seem to review these exams and I would like you to honor the results of my exam which I believe were a pass.
