Urgent: Missed my exam certification due to AM/PM mix up

Hello, I have a support ticket already raised: #00705842 but I'm hoping posting here can help fast track this too

I had a Databricks Data Engineer Associate exam booked today for 2:30, logged on to make sure I'd be able to launch it and it said the time had already passed. After talking to Kryterion support I learned it was scheduled for 2:30AM! 

I had no idea and would really appreciate any support in getting this rescheduled asap

I’m still struggling to get this resolved, support viewed my ticket today at 6:40 PM UK time and rescheduled the exam for 8PM UK time same day, by this point I was not home and then did not see until the time had passed. The ticket was closed, I’ve tried replying to those support emails and opening a new ticket #00705842 but as yet have heard nothing

If possible I’d really appreciate if this could be rescheduled for tomorrow afternoon UK time 25th July
