Can I install notebook scoped JAR/Maven libraries?

The notebook scoped libraries are very handy. Is it possible to leverage the same for maven jars or application jars as well?

Maven/jar libraries are installed on the cluster and copied to the classpath of the JVM process. Hence it's not feasible to isolate them at a notebook level. As such right now there is no support for notebook scoped JAR/Maven libraries
